We offer assistance in accessing various resources through our Social Worker, Financial Counselor and Outpatient Care Manager. We can perform many point-of-care tests at the time of your visit including, EKG's, Hemoglobin A1C, blood glucose fingerstick, diabetic eye exams, urine dip, spirometry and hearing/vision tests.
